Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final post purchase. As each product is unique and has it's own characteristics, products may differ slightly from the images shown. If you have any questions about the order, please reach out to jennliu@novembermist.com prior placing the order. If there are any products that are damaged in transit / had the incorrect order fulfilled, reimbursed or replacements may be granted.
Damaged in Transit / Wrong Order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately (within 14 days upon receipt), if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so the issue can be addressed / refund granted.
For refunds due to transit damage / wrong order fulfillment, you'll receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You'll be notified once goods have been received and inspected and informed if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
